We are working with a market-leading, manufacturer of high-end interior solutions, looking for an ambitious Regional Sales Manager to drive growth within the Architectural & Design (A&D) community. This role presents a unique opportunity to own and develop the London and South East region, focusing on high-end residential, luxury hospitality, and commercial specification projects.

Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and commercially savvy individual to expand the brand’s presence within the architectural and design community. The ideal candidate will have a strong network within A&D, particularly in London, and will be responsible for securing specifications within high-end hospitality, hotel, and residential projects.
This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent relationship-building skills, and a consultative sales approach. You will be engaging with architects, interior designers, specifiers, and developers, ensuring the brand is positioned as the go-to solutions provider for premium bathroom projects.
Key Responsibilities
Specification Sales Growth – Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive product specifications across luxury hospitality, high-end residential, and commercial projects.
Architect & Designer Engagement – Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, specifiers, and developers to increase brand awareness.
Project Pipeline Management – Secure specifications from concept to completion, ensuring products are integrated into major developments.
Market Intelligence & Strategy – Stay ahead of design trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities within the high-end interiors sector.
Training & CPD Presentations – Deliver engaging CPD sessions and product training to educate the A&D community on product innovations and unique selling points.
Collaboration – Work closely with internal sales, marketing, and product development teams to support project wins and ensure seamless delivery.
Events & Networking – Represent the brand at key industry events, networking functions, and trade shows, positioning the company as an industry leader.

Competitive package with a basic salary up to £75,000, plus: bonus of circa £15,000

The Ideal Candidate
- Strong experience in the A&D market, within bathrooms, interiors, or premium building materials.
- Proven track record in specification sales, working with architects, designers, and developers on luxury projects.
- Highly commercial, data-driven, and analytical, with the ability to leverage market insights to drive sales strategy.
- Excellent communicator and presenter, capable of influencing high-level decision-makers.
- Passionate about design, Interiors and the A&D sector.
