Role Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to manage and grow a territory covering retail and trade accounts, including buying groups, national account stores, independent showrooms, and trade merchants. This is a high-level role requiring an individual who is strategic, commercially astute, and process-driven, with the ability to interpret and leverage data to drive decision-making.

This position requires a strong balance between Account Management and Business Development, with a focus on identifying new sales opportunities, optimising performance, and strengthening key relationships. The successful candidate will oversee a £5m territory, working closely with senior stakeholders and commercial decision-makers.

Additionally, the role will require active participation in industry events, including KBB, HIX, Installer Show Live, and Screwfix Show, to enhance market presence and drive new business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Territory & Revenue Growth – Manage and expand the South Central region, ensuring sales targets are consistently exceeded. Region includes (NN, MK, LU, HP, OX, RG, SL & GU).
  • Data-Driven Sales Strategy – Use sales performance analytics, market intelligence, and forecasting tools to identify opportunities and optimise regional performance.
  • Account Development – Work closely with distributors, national merchants, and independent showrooms to drive both existing client growth and new business acquisition.
  • Sales Leadership & Strategic Execution – Implement and execute targeted sales initiatives that align with commercial objectives and long-term strategy.
  • Customer Engagement & Training – Deliver tailored training and development programs to support brand awareness and product advocacy.
  • Product & Market Expansion – Identify gaps in customer portfolios, promote the full product range, and position the brand as a go-to solutions partner.
  • Stakeholder & Relationship Management – Build long-term partnerships across key sales channels, collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Exceptional package:

Basic salary up to £65,000
